Our client offers Tax Services for Middle-Market Businesses, High-net-worth individuals and Private Equity Firms. They work with clients in many markets including but not limited to Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, and Nashville. They are growing by organic growth and acquisition. Job Summary: 

The Tax and Senior Tax Managers will sit in each market and will have a team of associates reporting to them. This role will be client facing, supporting the relationships, identifying their tax compliance and tax advisory service needs. The Tax/Senior Tax Manager will deliver top tier client service, build rapport, attract new clients, support the associates, and recruit new team members. The ideal candidate will also know how to manage and mitigate risk, have experience with complex returns, participate in continuing education and come up with new and innovative solutions for clients. The clients we serve are high-net-worth individuals/families, Privately Held Businesses, including Partnerships, S-Corporations, C-Corporations, and Private Equity backed portfolio companies.

 

Responsibilities Incurred: 

  • Five (5) or more years with relevant tax experience including but not limited to consulting, researching, and implementing strategic initiatives
  • Experience leading a team - provide
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • CPA
