If you have great communication skills, a fun-loving attitude, and a thirst for knowledge, we want you to join our team Essential Duties Train and advise staff on tax developments, review their work, and evaluate performance. Maintain technical excellence in one or more specialty areas within the firm. Manage multiple client relationships, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs. Represent clients before tax authorities. Monitor engagement progress against budgets and due dates for assigned clients. Handle billing and collections for assigned clients. Represent the firm within the community, fostering new and existing client relationships. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred. CPA License required. Minimum of seven (7) years of public accounting experience. Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to initiate and drive projects. Detail-oriented, confident, hardworking, analytical, creative, and a team player. Excellent organizational, delegation, and time management skills to set priorities and meet deadlines. Experience leading and working in cross-functional teams.
