Compensation: $18.00/Hour

Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Associate, your role will consist of picking, packing and shipping orders as well as assisting with inventory and restocking. We welcome both experienced hands and eager learners, offering comprehensive training and competitive compensation tailored to your skillset.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and efficient order picking, packing, and shipping, adhering to all customer requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Oversee and execute fulfillment projects, meeting established deadlines and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and implement restocking procedures to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Assist with receiving and processing incoming inventory shipments as needed.
  • Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and contribute to efficient overall inventory management.
  • Cultivate a clean and organized workspace, promoting efficient workflow and fostering a positive production environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or a similar role.
  • A keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout a shift.
  • A strong desire to learn new skills and adapt to changing processes.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment and demonstrates effective teamwork skills.
