Warehouse Clerk

We are hiring a reliable and dependable Warehouse Clerk to join the team at a provider of restaurant equipment in Providence, Rhode Island.
As the Warehouse Clerk, you will be responsible for parts fulfilment, ordering, and inventory, including verifying accurate outgoing parcel and LTL shipping procedures. The Warehouse Clerk also assists with shipping and receiving duties, including unloading trucks and placing products in the warehouse, packing products per customer specifications, loading trucks, and scheduling packages for delivery. The Warehouse Clerk places the boxes onto pallets, then uses a packing machine and special packing wrap to strap and wrap shipments. The Warehouse Clerk may also handle RMAs, order entry, container inventory upon receipt of containers once or twice a month, and equipment inventory, including adjustments for conversions from one SKU to another.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED/equivalent
- Basic computer skills; will train on Fed Ex and UPS if no previous experience
- Moves materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work independently or with little supervision
- Able to understand the English language, oral and written, to ensure work is performed safely and correctly
We offer $17.00 per hour, operating on 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday. Employees are eligible to enroll in our Medical, Dental, Vision, and other benefit plans after 60 days of employment.
