Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Licensure or certification as a Mental Health Professional
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in crisis intervention or related field
- Experience providing clinical supervision
- Excellent crisis assessment and intervention skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of community resources and referral processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with community partners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
