Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CSS Program Manager to lead a critical initiative in our organization. The contractor shall identify a CSS Program Manager who will demonstrate exceptional managerial capabilities in organizing, planning, directing, and overseeing contractor staff. The primary responsibility will be to ensure that all goals and objectives outlined in the task order are successfully achieved. This role requires providing comprehensive management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership to effectively execute the requirements of the task order.

Requirements:

  • PMP certification and/ or DAIWA III or DHS Program Manager Level III Certification or equivalent.
  • Minimum of ten years experience in acquisition program management or related field.
  • Proven experience in organizing, planning, directing, and managing contractor staff.
  • Strong leadership skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to consult effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Experience in identifying and implementing tool sets to enhance program management functions.
  • US Homeland and Customs and Border Patrol Protection experience are key for this position.

  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
  • Acquisition governance and oversight (AGO) experience. 

Responsibilities:

  • Organize, plan, direct, and manage contractor staff to achieve task order goals and objectives.
  • Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for task order execution.
  • Lead to identification, selection, and implementation of tool sets to support Program Management functions.
  • Provide team leadership and guidance essential for the successful delivery of the program.
  • Develop and communicate overall program management vision and strategy.
  • Consult with senior leadership, as necessary to support day-to-day operations.

  • Acquisition program management: 10 years (Required)

  • PMP (Required)
