Discover You Counseling is a small mental health group practice, located in Easley, SC. We employ fully licensed clinicians (1099 contractors) and those who have graduated and are working towards their LISW CP licensure. (We may be eligible for graduate students who need a practicum placement.) We are looking for independent contractors/licensed psychotherapists (PhD, PsyD, EdD, LISW-CP, LMFT, LADC, LMHC) to join our team. Must have a license to practice in SC or in the process of obtaining one.

We are currently looking to hire new clinicians for some remote, but mainly in-person work. Compensation: Up to 55% of all counseling claims, based on applicant's experience. We offer flexibility with your schedule. You can choose your hours and days of the week. We will credential you, take care of client insurance verification, be responsible for all billing and pay for the EHR system (Therapy Notes) and other helpful software. You will be given autonomy and have access to case consultation.

Experience with children, couples and substance abuse a plus, but not required. In-office, teletherapy and hybrid positions available. Must commit to a minimum of 12 hours per week.

Requirements are as follows:

  • Looking to build to a minimum of 12 hrs of availability per week.
  • Must be willing to be on-site at least 10hrs/week; 1.5 days.
  • Complete progress notes within 48 hours of session.
  • Good attention to detail, self-directed, work with little supervision.
  • Ability to write clinically relevant client records, reports, and professional business correspondence.
  • Must have good communication skills, both orally and in writing, and possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Must have good listening skills and be able to observe clients and document observations in writing.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Salary: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
