The Inside Sales Position is responsible for providing customer service by taking orders for concrete related products and ensuring a timely delivery or pick up. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and be able to address the customer’s needs and concerns in a manner that is beneficial to Barnsco.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Providing customers with product specifications and answering technical questions
•Preparing quotes for credit and cash customers
•Inputting rebar fabrication orders
•Handle all account needs for the Outside Sales Representatives
•Obtaining and confirming prices and freight cost
•Verifying product availability and status
•Processing customer sales transactions
•Setting up and maintaining cash customer accounts
•Communicating with inventory and purchasing team on products we stock
•Keeping the showroom neat and clean
•Perform other duties as required by Customer Service Supervisor
