All candidates should be familiar with a variety of carpentry and construction materials, including trim, cabinetry, ceramic tile, acrylic shower and bath walls and drywall finishing. Experience in plumbing and electrical is preferred.

Compensation:

  • This is a full-time position, paid hourly.
  • Over-time can be expected on occasion.
  • Candidates rate will be based on experience and skill level.
  • Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and aptitude within the range of $20-$30/hr


Minimum Requirements:

  • 3 years carpentry experience specifically related to installation of kitchens and baths
  • Ability to take accurate measurements REQUIRED
  • Proficient with hand and power tools such as table saws, sawzall, sanders, nail gun, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain detail oriented and maintain quality standards
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends when necessary to deliver the projects on time
  • Ability to lift at least 80 pounds
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Must have own hand tools/pouch

Responsibilities:

  • Remodel bathrooms within designated timeframes utilizing trade skills such as carpentry, trim carpentry, and construction techniques.
  • Ensure strict adherence to installation standards and procedures during all installations and service provisions.
  • Demonstrate a pleasant and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
  • Respect clients' property and diligently clean the work area upon completion.
  • Maintain a professional appearance by wearing the company uniform and adhering to grooming and hygiene standards.
  • Educate customers on the functionality, care, and maintenance of their newly installed fixtures.
  • Thoroughly complete and submit all required paperwork and photographic documentation with accuracy.

License/Certification:
