Description

Bath/Kitchen/Remodel Lead Installers are responsible for the following:
- Perform required remodel work
- Implement preventative maintenance measures
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
- Complete service requests
- Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
- Consistently delivering 5-star service every day
- Perform other maintenance duties as requested

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years experience

- Knowledge or experience in any of the following skills:
- Rough in Carpentry
- Door Installation
- Insulation
- Drywall Installation
- Tape, Coat, & Finish Drywall
- Painting
- Installation of Tile, Laminate & Hardwood Flooring
- Shower/Tub Tile Layout & Setting
- Replacement Window Installation
- Trim-work & Finish Carpentry
- Cabinet Installation
- Setup & Time/Labor Management while on job

Other Requirements Include:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a criminal/reference check
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Valid driver's license (with a clean driving history)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
