Office Assistant for a Residential/Commercial Cleaning Company

Job Summary
 Assist with day-to-day office operation of a residential/commercial cleaning service.
 Tasks include:
o Lead generation and business development activities.
o Onboarding new clients and employees.
o Coordinating the cleaning schedule.
o Explanation of benefits to clients and employees.
o Addressing employee and customer questions.
o Data entry using Microsoft office, Jobber, and QuickBooks.
Qualifications:
 Experience with the day-to-day office operations of a commercial/residential cleaning
company.
 People skills with a pleasant attitude and positive outlook to life.
 Experience with lead generation activities for the cleaning industry.
 Attention to detail + data entry and file management skills.
 Working knowledge of MS office, Jobber, and/or cleaning service scheduling systems, a
plus.
 High school graduate with a minimum of two years general office experience.
 Must have a good driving record and reliable transportation as the job might often require
driving to clients’ office locations.
 Bilingual (Portuguese/English) ability, a plus but not required.
