As a Supervisor (Night Shift) at Flexcraft, you'll be leading one of our overnight production teams (30+ people) to succeed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring production goals are met quickly, efficiently, and safely. You will be responsible for conducting regular safety audits and guiding your team to success through training, supporting, teaching, and constantly communicating. Previous management experience is required for this role.

  • Ensuring the floor is adequately staffed to support the day’s production requirements
  • Briefing the team on the day’s goals, and communicating important company updates
  • Using ADP, Excel and IQMS to maintain employee and production data.
  • Training, coaching and communicating to ensure all Inspector Packers know how to do their jobs efficiently and safely
  • Real-time problem-solving to meet demands in changing circumstances
  • Training your team in Lean methodologies and best practices, ensuring our Factory remains the cleanest and most state-of-the-art in the industry.

To be successful, you'll need:

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Experience with tools and machines
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (IQMS preferred)
  • Knowledge of 5S, Six Sigma and Lean
  • Ability to carry heavy objects (50 lbs)
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing conditions
  • Positive energy and can-do attitude

Bonus points if you have:

  • Blow molding or injection molding experience
  • Knowledge of machine maintenance
  • Experience with IQMS, MES systems, or similar
  • Engineering degree
  • Six Sigma, or similar, certified
  • Can communicate in English, Spanish and other languages
