Title: Credentialing Coordinator

Shift: 7:30 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday

Contract Length: 3+ Months

Location: Detroit, MI 48202 (Mostly remote but required to be on site for training and meetings as needed)

Description:

  • Provide accurate, high quality credentialing practices that comply with regulatory and accreditation agencies, hospital and medical staff bylaws, rules and regulations, and policies and procedures.
  • Continuously strives for best practice and identifies improvement opportunities in the credentialing process and/or other department activities and assists to facilitate change.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of post-high school training, such as in business school, community college, or equivalent.
  • 3 5 years of related experience, including 1 year of administrative services experience or its equivalent.
