● Order appraisals, title work, employment verifications, insurance, and other
essential loan documents.

● Maintain loan files and documentation meticulously and systematically.
● Prioritize effectively, handling a high volume of loan applications and meeting
deadlines.
● Communicate efficiently with third parties and colleagues.
● Conduct comprehensive analysis of loan documents, ensuring accuracy and
completeness.
● Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, such as Loan Processors and Loan
Officer Assistants, to facilitate smooth loan processing and address any
outstanding issues.
● Foster a collaborative work environment with co-workers, ensuring efficient
workflow and effective communication.


Qualifications - Your Path to Success
● High school diploma or equivalent required.
● Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following procedures.
● Basic computer skills.
● Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple loan
files.
● Excellent time management skills.
● Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
● Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective
interaction with third parties.
● Knowledge related to the loan process is a plus.
