The #1 medical dermatology team in California, Nevada and Arizona offering the most advanced treatments for acne, skin cancer, rashes and skin growths, cosmetic injectables and laser treatments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data, excellent organizational and time management skills, and be proficient in using credentialing software and databases. This position requires someone with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm role, focusing on the following responsibilities:
- Process and maintain credentialing applications for Pharmacy healthcare providers - Verify and validate provider credentials, licenses, certifications, and affiliations - Conduct background checks and review malpractice claims history - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards - Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider information in the credentialing database - Collaborate with internal departments and external organizations to obtain necessary documentation - Assist with the preparation of reports and audits related to credentialing activities - Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in managed care credentialing
