SSGOPS has been recruiting in the Hi-Tech industry for over a decade. Their Founder has placed several hundred hi-tech folks during this time, as well as implementing the nation’s #1 staffing solution for Sales Reps, across giants like Xerox, Toshiba and Panasonic. Originally founded in 2013, SSGOPS recently relocated from the San Francisco Bay Area, California to Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Their Founder is looking to rebuild his successful operation with a new team here in Iowa. Want to be part of it?

Position: Seeking Entry Level Recruiter to work from our office 9am-12noon or 10am-1pm (15 hrs/wk part-time initially). Must have excellent customer service background, proficiency with Google Apps/Chromebook and desire to do well at work.

Duties: Regular meetings with Owner. Chromebook provided, using online provided tools to find & review resumes of candidates regarding job opportunities that they may be interested in. This job entails sending out emails/texts, reviewing resumes, cold calling & pre-screening selected candidates, and submitting the best candidates forward to the client(s). Your time will predominantly be spent sending out emails, texted, phone calls with candidates and syncing up with the Founder to review daily updates, discussion topics and next steps.

The three main qualities needed:

(i) proficiency using Chromebooks as we use gmail and google apps

(ii) good verbal & written communication skills with desire to do well at work

(iii) good customer service experience …if you have all three of these, you are a good candidate.

Benefits/Perks:

Pay: $17-18/hr + commission, initially working 15 hrs/wk, going to 25-30 hrs/wk if desired within 6 months time

Commissions to be earned: On top of your base hourly rate, you can expect an annual bonus between $1,500 to $6,000 per annum, based on individual and company performance, and average hours worked per week over the year

Medical Benefits: None as yet (re-building company in Cedar Rapids, Iowa)

You will be reaching out to about 60-120 candidates a day by email/phone/text, so you need to have this type of mindset.

- At least two years working experience in a customer service or sales role
