We are seeking a hybrid Customer Service, Internet Marketing, Sales Consultant to join our McCarthy's Team

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, scheduling of customer appointments, follow up on leads
  • Provide information about the vehicles currently available and incoming, making sales when possible. (A Salesperson License is required for this, we will train and help you apply for your required sales license.)
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving vehicles & service products
  • Internet Marketing, handling of social media interaction, including but not limited to making reels, taking photos, etc.

​Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Previous experience in internet marketing, customer service, sales, or other related fields. Salesperson license not required to apply, we will train the right candidate.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a background check required
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to help in other areas as needed

This is a full time position, 5 days/40 hours a week with some flexibility. Pay DOE with possibility of commissions once a salesperson license is acquired.
