Real Estate / Sales / Business Development

Real Estate - Sales Representative (Entry-Level)

Start with Guaranteed Base Salary of up to 5k per month

After first 3-6 months, transition into draw against commissions compensation structure

After 1st year, anticipated earnings of 100k+

JobGiraffe's client is a builder of semi-custom home communities.

As Real Estate Sales Representative, you will:

  • Be onsite in the model home in a new community of semi-custom build residences
  • Receive warm leads through the company's website and through social media
  • Utilize prospecting and networking to generate additional leads
  • Show homes to prospective buyers
  • Explain home features, custom options and community amenities
  • Answer questions and address inquiries as they arise
  • Write, negotiate, finalize and execute contracts
  • Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
  • Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

  • Sales or Business Development experience
