Position Overview: We are looking for a driven and experienced Real Estate Agent to help clients buy, sell, and rent properties. Candidates with certifications in other states, such as Massachusetts and Connecticut, are highly encouraged to apply. This role requires excellent knowledge of the local market, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on property values and trends.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings and open houses.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance throughout the transaction process.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts within the industry.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork and contracts for real estate transactions.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients.

Requirements:

  • Valid real estate license in Rhode Island.
  • Experience in the Rhode Island real estate market.
  • Certifications in Massachusetts and Connecticut are a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Availability during daytime and weekends.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
