Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an experienced electronic tech to join the team and lead them on daily to achieve company goals.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Support production activities while looking for ways to improve production processes.
  • Assign jobs to move efficiently through the department.
  • Evaluate workers performance and make recommendations as needed.
  • Notify supervisor and/or manufacturing manager of any delays that effect on-time delivery or situations that increase costs to building the product.
  • Train operators on all phases of the jobs and motivate them to work at full potential.
  • Log times and move tickets into the computer on a timely basis.
  • Interact with customers on product concerns and delivery schedules as required.
  • Train, maintain, and enforce safety policies and procedures, and report injuries or potential safety problems to the supervisor or manufacturing manager.
  • Contributes to maintaining a safe work environment by following safety policies and procedure, reporting any safety concerns, and participating in any scheduled stretch breaks.

Education/Experience

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, or 1-2 years related work experience.
  • 3 to 5 years electronics manufacturing or production experience preferred.
  • Basic PC skills
