Our company is seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician who is eager to tackle a diverse range of projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying the scope of work, and ensuring that work performed meets all relevant codes, standards and regulations and is completed to our clients' satisfaction. The right individual will have at least five years' experience in residential and commercial plumbing, and a commitment to learning new systems, techniques and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Create work orders for all plumbing jobs.
• Read and follow blueprints.
• Explain the workings of plumbing systems to customers.
• Communicate with other technicians and technicians in other departments.
• Solve plumbing problems.
• Write up reports on the completion of each job.

• vacations after 90 days 1 week per year , two weeks after first year
• pay base on commission 28% on full revenue
• $1000 sign on bonus after 90 days

Qualifications
- Core skills in plumbing, hand tools, and power tools are essential for this position.
- Premium skills such as construction estimating, construction plumbing, and welding would be highly beneficial.
- Relevant skills like blueprint reading, mechanical knowledge, and field service experience are also valuable.
- A background in pipe threading, basic math, carpentry, and heavy lifting would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with schematics, HVAC systems, and commercial driving may be required for certain aspects of the role.
