SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER /. HEALTHCARE PREFERRED / PMP OR SIX SIGMA

SOME HYBRID every other week.

Responsibilities:

  • • Initiates, plans, executes, monitors, controls and closes large scale, cross functional and/or multiple projects and/or programs
  • • Manage several unrelated projects simultaneously
  • • Ensures projects remain on schedule, within budget and in scope
  • • Creates, manages and distributes project communications, schedules and budgest
  • • Develop proposals, RFP, and estimates
  • • Initiate project strategy and approach
  • • Makes task level assignments for the project/program and sets expectations of cost, quality, task sequencing, due dates, and milestones
  • • Monitors the project from inception through delivery and outcomes measurement.
  • • Executes and implements high visibility projects with little oversight
  • • Maintains and stores all records, research, and data related to assigned projects.
  • • Participates in all appropriate staff meetings and training programs.
  • • Research and development efforts by identifying new analytical tools, strengthening existing tools and models, or discovering improved ways of doing business.
  • • Track project timelines and deliverables and ensure that they align with project requirements
  • • Develop detailed project plans using established structure and customize project documents to suit the specifics of the project
  • • Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues
  • • Focuses on process improvement, organizational change management, program management and other processes relative to SG Homecare

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • • 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role, with experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • • PMP /Six Sigma certification preferred
  • • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Project Management, Healthcare Management or related field
  • • Experience with strong technical teams and product development
  • • Excellent communication: verbal, written and presentation skills
  • • Advance computer skills (Microsoft office, Excel, Powerpoint, Word, databases, etc).
  • • Ability to perform detailed planning and organizing for multiple projects at a time
  • • Proven ability to achieve project timelines, requirements, and deliver on stated business objectives
