Patient Care Coordinator

Elite Endodontics of NH

Hudson, NH

Elite Endodontics of NH is an established practice pushing into a new phase of growth with 3 thriving practices We are seeking a full-time, experienced endodontic patient care coordinator to join our busy, specialty practice and provide world-class patient-care.

$22-27/hourly depending on experience

Benefits: Medical, 401K + matching, vacation and paid holidays

Full-Time | Monday - Thursday 7:30am – 5pm | Friday 7:30am – 12pm

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Act as first point of contact for all patients and ensure that all receive exceptional customer service.

· Answer incoming calls, receive messages and route calls accordingly.

· Schedule appointments accurately to reflect endodontist’s schedule.

· Provide dental insurance verification and process insurance claims.

· Effectively collect patient co-pays.

· Build positive and productive relationships with referral partners for business growth.

· Follow-up with patients to improve satisfaction.

· Provide client support and handle communications effectively.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge about practice services offered.

· Assist in social media building duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

· Flexible to travel to 2 office locations.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

· Social media and marketing experience a plus.

· Organized self-starter and motivated problem-solver.

· Energetic team player with great leadership qualities.

· Clear and effective communication skills (both written and verbal).

· Exceptional customer service skills exuding a positive, optimistic attitude.

· Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues of all levels and build cross-functional relationships.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

· High school diploma.

· 5-7+ years in an office support role, dental or medical experience preferred.

· Knowledge of dental terminology a plus.
