Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities include:

  • Recruit for Open Positions: Source and attract qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations.
  • Manage Social Media Recruiting: Oversee the company's social media presence to attract talent and promote job opportunities.
  • Facilitate New Hire Process: Guide new hires through onboarding and orientation.
  • Process Payroll: Handle payroll and maintain HRIS system for accurate employee records.
  • Manage Benefits Administration: Serve as a liaison between employees and benefits administrators.
  • Respond to Inquiries: Address employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.

What you need to succeed:

  • Recruiting experience with an ATS system.
  • 1 year of payroll support experience.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to work with HRIS systems.
  • Mechanically inclined.
  • Professional with excellent communication skills.
