Job Description:
As a Life Insurance Recruiting Manager with InTouch LIFE, you will play a crucial role in helping recruit agents that safeguard their clients financial well-being. You will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining teams of agents.
- You will be responsible for recruiting agents that will be selling various life insurance products.
- Collaborating with sales managers to ensure efficient and accurate processing of applicants.
- Providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support to licensed and non-licensed applicants, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- You will be responsible for ensuring non-licensed applicants work their way through the licensing process.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed Life Insurance Agent or be willing to become licensed
- Must have experience - 2 years minimum recruiting experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Must have knowledge and ability to work with recruiting tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of various life insurance processes and industry regulations.
- Excellent recruiting and negotiation skills.
- Life insurance license-General lines (Life and Health).
