Wildcat Lending and WCL Insurance are dedicated to providing exceptional financial and insurance services. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and organization of our records and documentation.
Job Description:
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining and organizing our company's data. Your responsibilities will include:
- Document Management: Assist in packaging documents, scan and upload documents to our CRM.
- CRM Maintenance: Add and remove loan codes in our CRM, send emails through the CRM as needed.
- Document Collection: Collect necessary documents required and/or requested from the bank.
- Payoff Retrieval: Retrieve payoffs and ensure they are properly filed.
- Mail Handling: Sort and distribute mail for Wildcat Lending and WCL Insurance.
- Data Entry Assistance: Support WCL Insurance with data entry tasks, organize, and assist with correspondence.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- This position is in-office only.
