Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fire Truck Inside Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in facilitating the sales process by providing comprehensive support to our dealer network in generating accurate and timely quotes for our fire truck and emergency vehicle products. You will collaborate closely with various nationwide dealers and our team of engineers to ensure seamless communication and delivery of exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quote Generation: Utilize our Quote Writer software systems to accurately generate quotes for fire trucks and emergency vehicles based on customer specifications, pricing guidelines, and contractual requirements.
  2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, features, and configurations to effectively communicate value propositions and address customer inquiries.
  3. Customer Interaction: Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with the inside sales team to understand customer needs, resolve technical queries, and coordinate with engineering and production departments to ensure timely delivery of quotes.
  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quotes, pricing, and customer communications in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for product improvement or expansion.
  7. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and streamline sales support processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Knowledge of fire truck specifications, firefighting equipment, or related technical concepts is a plus.
