We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Call Center Agent to join our team As a Solar Appointment Setter, you'll play a crucial role in connecting homeowners with our solar energy solutions. Your exceptional cold calling skills and passion for renewable energy will help drive business growth and contribute to a sustainable future.

*Responsibilities:*

- Make outbound cold calls to homeowners to promote our solar energy solutions
- Set appointments for our solar consultants to meet with potential customers
- Build rapport with customers, answer questions, and address concerns
- Meet and exceed monthly appointment setting targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handoff
- Maintain accurate records and reports in our CRM system

- 1+ year of experience in call center sales or telemarketing
- Proven track record of success in cold calling and appointment setting
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Basic knowledge of solar energy solutions (training provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
