Willbanks, Inc. specializes in Boiler services, and we supply a variety of facilities in Texas with all their boiler needs, including Boiler Sales, Installation, Maintenance, Rentals, and Repair.

Location of Position:

Dallas, TX

The Position:

As a Willbanks Business Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization by cultivating and building new business opportunities, thereby, driving sales efforts. In conjunction with Sales and Operations Management, you will also be responsible for developing and executing a structured approach to provide innovative solutions, increasing company revenue and delivering higher value solutions.

What you’ll do

 

·        Analyze and identify potential growth areas within the boiler industry, including new market segments, geographic regions, or product/service offerings.

·        Develop market entry strategies and action plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company's presence in existing markets.

·        Ensure that there are sufficient prospecting calls being made each week.

·        Perform updates within CRM software and prepare all necessary reports and forecasts.

·        Provide customer presentation development and delivery.

·        Upsell and Cross-sell Willbanks’ solution portfolio, identify and develop business opportunities, and provide feedback on market and competitive trends in assigned Region and/or Market.

·        Maintain a full understanding of Willbanks’ solution portfolio.

·        Ensure timely follow-up of quotes and opportunities with customers.

·        Participate in training sessions, meetings, skill building, and professional development classes.

·        Develop and execute sales action plans that deliver profitable growth according to the accepted business plan, with emphasis on achieving Willbanks’ revenue and margin targets.

·        Update and maintain current customer information and sales activities in Willbanks’ CRM.

·        Provide support as the first contact for Sales and evaluate customer needs, understand market drivers and forces, and ensure appropriate service/product delivery and pricing.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, related field, or equivalent industry related experience required.

·        Three (3) to five (5) years of sales experience required.

·        Customer relationship management (CRM) experience required.

·        Knowledge of general mechanical concepts required.

·        Certified Professional Sales Leader (CPSL) a plus.

·        Certified Professional Sales Professional (CPSP) a plus.

·        Business development or sales experience in the boiler, HVAC, plumbing, or other industry related experience a plus.
