PrideStaff Carlsbad is seeking a Medical Device Customer Service Representative in Vista, CA
Project Manager/customer service experience with QuickBooks & Excel experience is a MUST.
Temp to hire opportunity
· Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft and Google
· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Minimum of 2+ years’ experience with an inside sales/customer supporting role.
· Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers including excellent follow-up skills.
· Detail-oriented, decisive, and able to multi-task well in a fast-paced environment with coaching support.

- Multitasking capabilities to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to assist customers.
- Reliable and punctual attendance to meet scheduling requirements.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.
- Previous customer service experience required (at least 3 years, 5 years is a plus)
