  • Strong Computer skills/ proficiency required with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Individual project management and tracking as part of a larger portfolio
  • Schedule development by project appropriate to project scope (Microsoft Project experience preferred)
  • Functional coordination (Define through Supply Base through Assembly implementation) to track project from contracting through execution
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Cross-functional coordination and leadership to achieve project goals
  • Ability to team build & lead through example & influence
  • Ability to foster business partnerships with internal & external customers
  • Work closely with program management on development of Integrated Management Schedule (IMS), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) & Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM) in support of program Statement of Work (SOW) and schedule.
  • Organizing and leading the IPT; establishing, executing, and maintaining IPT planning (including integration with the overall program execution plan)


Qualifications Basic

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Manufacturing or Industrial or Production/Mechanical engineering
  • 4-5 years' related work experience


Preferred

  • Knowledge of Aerospace industry and standards
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to quickly decompose and analyze data required
