Job DescriptionJob Description

We are currently seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to join our team, based out of our Kansas City MO  site. This position will work on multiple projects simultaneously, while managing internal and external resources to achieve overall company objectives and project deadlines. This position will have direct responsibility during the pre-construction and construction phase of projects, helping identify and assess risk.

Responsibilities

  • The primary role of the CS is to directly lead and if needed, to train team members in construction and repair projects within your assigned location(s)
  • Projects consist of renovations, domo, extensive repositioning as well as ground up developments which will include either/or in-house and external use of manpower and resources
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing reports and updates to other members of our corporate team (other Cubework disciplines), consultants, vendors, and peers.
  • Proven ability to manage architects, engineers, contractors, and other vendors throughout all project phases.
  • Responsible for submitting building permits, updating certifications and follow up with any issues related to this.
  • Electrical experience needed.
  • Plumbing experience.
  • Carpentry experience
