Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Manager to join our team In this role, you will assist with managing field technicians during their service calls to help expedite the repair and or next steps towards the repair for all heating and air conditioning systems in residences or commercial establishments.  We're located in Hicksville NY but our work is mostly in the 5 Boroughs.

You must have at minimum 10 years experience as an HVAC service technician and be able to diagnose a call over the phone with our field techs.  A team player who is comfortable working in a challenging roll and must take pride in completing tasks with efficiency.  A positive attitude is a must 

Responsibilities: 
  • Assisting technicians with calls over the phone 
  • Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction
  • Full understanding of electrical circuits schematics, components and controls
  • RTU's, chillers, PTAC's, DOAS systems, VFR equipment, boilers
Qualifications: 
  • Past experience as an HVAC service technician
  • Valid / Clean Drivers License
  • Experience with operation, diagnostic and maintenance of Mitsubishi, Daikin, LG, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems
  • Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds
