We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while promoting our air filter solutions. You will play a vital role in driving sales, managing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clientele.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools Order Entry and Invoicing
  • Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the limits of company policy
  • Create and maintain records of client interactions, accounts, and file documents
  • Comply with current communication policies and procedures
Qualifications:

  • Must be have a willingness to learn QuickBooks
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Must be customer oriented and can adapt/respond to client needs
  • Has knowledge of Air Filtration products and services (Preferred)
  • Has knowledge of using phone systems
  • Has a good understanding of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Can demonstrate excellent organizational skills
  • Has at least 2 year’s previous experience as sales representative (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • Morning shift
  • No nights
Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Landover, MD 20785: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: In person

 Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred
  • Previous experience as an Office Coordinator and Customer Service or in a similar position
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
