Leasing Agent

As a Leasing Agent, you will be the face of our company, responsible for leasing apartments, maintaining resident satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our properties. You will showcase our communities to prospective residents, guide them through the leasing process, and ensure they have a smooth transition into their new home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours to showcase units, amenities, and the surrounding community.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and financial qualifications.
• Prepare and process lease agreements and renewal documents accurately.
• Assist with move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and coordinating repairs.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of market conditions and competition.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents to enhance resident retention.
• Utilize leasing software and tools effectively to track leasing activity and communicate with team members.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with leasing software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
