The company has more than 60 locations through which it distributes products, equipment and chemicals, and provides customers with other value-added services including equipment repair, equipment rental and education.

The Contract Administrator evaluates and submits bids to government agencies and educational facilities on behalf of Aramsco. This role works closely with the Legal Team ensuring that both parties are complicit with the terms of the bid and ultimately manages awarded contracts.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review, process and submit bids/contracts
  • Monitors bid websites for potential opportunities.
  • Carefully reviews potential bid/contract, verifying accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
  • Working with Sales Rep/Product Management on product offering and pricing.
  • Collaborating with internal sources such as legal and human resources to ensure compliance.
  • Identify potential risks contract may pose to company.
  • Complete bid package including filling out forms, obtaining proper signatures, and including all documentation as requested in bid proposal while ensuring margin and revenue thresholds are met.
  • Sending completed bid package prior to bid opening time/date.
  • Tracking amendments, responses, and awarded contracts.
  • Monitors sales and processes usage reports to entities.
  • Works closely with outside sales team.
  • Manages new customer forms requests, completing forms as requested.
  • Other duties maybe assigned.

Qualifications/ Skills

  • Requires developed skills through formal training or considerable work experience. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
  • Requires established skills to perform a range of day-to-day activities. Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with other teams.
  • Has no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload.
  • Solves routine problems without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established options.
  • Impacts the quality of own work.
  • Uses communication skills to exchange of information

  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to speak and listen well while communicating with others.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and work instructions.
  • Good time management skills and ability to plan and manage multiple projects. Excellent attention to detail.
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
