**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. This role will primarily focus on field work within the Metro Detroit area, with additional responsibilities including desk work for creating estimates and scopes. The ideal candidate will have project management experience and a strong background in estimating, particularly in the real estate or construction industries.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct site visits to evaluate properties and gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
- Develop detailed estimates and scopes of work for rehabilitation projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to obtain accurate bids and ensure project alignment.
- Assist in managing and coordinating rehabilitation projects to gain a thorough understanding of the process.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Provide support in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in project management, ideally with a focus on estimating.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and rehabilitation projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough site visits and accurately gather project information.
- Proficiency in creating detailed estimates and scopes of work.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field work.
