We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team You will be responsible for answering the phone, taking appointments, stocking merchandise and, the overall care and well-being of the animals at our facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering the phone
  • Taking appointments
  • Checking in and out animals as they complete their services
  • Stocking merchandise
  • Keep records of animal feedings, treatments, and other updates
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment

Qualifications:

  • Computer skills
  • Phone Skills
  • Customer service 1+ years preferred
  • Passion to help and treat animals
  • Ability to interact with animals in a calm, non-threatening manner
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
