Surgical Assistant / Scrub Tech / Surgical Tech / First Assistant position plastic surgery practice in North Atlanta.

Full Time / Part Time / PRN positions available

Job duties to include:

-Maintain sterile field while following proper aseptic technique
-Placing equipment and supplies in operating room and arranging instruments according to instructions
-Assisting team members to place and position patient on table
-Scrubbing hands and donning gown and gloves
-Aiding team to don gowns and gloves
-Maintaining supply of fluids for use during operation
-Anticipating surgeon's needs, handing instruments and supplies to surgeon, holding retractors, cutting sutures, and performing other tasks as directed by the surgeon during operation
-Putting dressings on patient following surgery
-Counting sponges, needles, and instruments before and after operation
-Cleaning operating room
-Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements Include:

-Positive and outgoing attitude
-Ability to multitask
-Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
