Our client has an immediate opening for full-time Design Support. This role is open to Entry Level Candidates. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, technically capable, and customer focused. This is an excellent opportunity for any individual who may have interest in the Audio Visual Industry. Responsibilities
• Loading of plans, scaling, and modeling in Revit.
• Create drawings in Auto CAD.
• Produce close out packages, submittals, and other reports.
• Attend design review workgroups, meetings, and site visits as needed.
• Work with the estimating team daily.
• Support Design Engineers, Project Managers, and Foreman with design related tasks.
• Facilitate mail, packages, and general receiving.
• Other administrative or office tasks as required.

Qualifications
• Auto CAD experience, Revit is a plus
• Comfortable working with computers and various software packages
• Experience using applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Must be able to work under pressure and be able to meet project deadlines
