Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Creative Director in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of printing projects.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the creative team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide administrative support to the Creative Director, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing follow-ups.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management or client services, preferably in the printing or creative industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic and proactive mindset, with the capacity to problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for the creative process and a keen interest in the printing industry.
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite.
