Position: Night Shift Technician
Schedule: 4 Days On/4 Days Off
Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and processes during the night shift.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
  • Carry out facility cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Ensure that equipment is properly cleaned and maintained, following all safety and procedural guidelines.
  • Document cleaning and maintenance activities as required, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient production flow.
  • Identify and report any issues or malfunctions to the shift supervisor.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
  • Preferred: 1-3 years of experience in a chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment (Preferred but not necessary)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality and cleanliness standards.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Willingness to work a 12-hour night shift with a 4 days on/4 days off rotation.
