Hiring: Restaurant/Hospitality Manager, Full-Service High Volume
Location: Edison, NJ
Pay: up to $67.4k + Quarterly Bonus

Responsibilities

  • Leads the team in providing exceptional hospitality for guests
  • General operational responsibilities
  • Coach and develop team and drive Associate engagement
  • Closely monitor restaurant standards and compliance with safety regulations
  • Maintain sales growth, cost management and profit growth
  • Must have ordering and inventory experience

Skills

  • Excellent leader with strong guest-oriented and service-minded skills
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound decision making and efficient problem solving
  • High level of initiative, motivation and teamwork
  • Time management and deadline oriented
  • Ability to multitask

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience Full-Service, High Volume Restaurant or Hotel Management
  • Education: High school diploma or higher
  • Associate’s degree or higher in Hospitality is a plus
