Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates.
  • Serve as the primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and communication.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements in recruitment.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP Business processing system (preferred).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
