Bay Paws Pet Resort in Clearwater, FL is looking for organized individuals to join our strong team. We are located at 13662 Automobile Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33762. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all pet guests and pet parents with enthusiasm
  • Ensure all details are accurate and complete for every reservation
  • Maintain all client requests for services
  • Create positive and long-last relationships with all potential and current clients
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
  • Answer all phone calls in timely manner
  • Learn and understand internal computer system to maintain client profiles
  • Maintain an organized filing system
  • Enter data into reports as needed
  • Assisting with pet care - as needed


Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and create orderly systems
  • Experienced in computer technology that includes excel, word, dropbox, etc.
