Marketing Assistant

Phinest Cannabis is looking for a creative, innovative, and solution-oriented person to join our Marketing  team. The Marketing Assistant will work under the direction of the Marketing Manager to help coordinate Marketing objectives. This is a Hybrid Part time position.

Responsibilities

•                 Collaborate with the marketing manager and internal teams on marketing project management and execution.

•                 Coordinate, organize, and maintain internal databases including characterization info and photography assets.

•                 Administrative support to Marketing team for digital platforms, including websites, social platforms, and internal portals.

•                 Procurement and inventory maintenance for company merchandise assets.

•                 Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

·        Must possess a professional attitude, strong analytical and organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact well with others.

·        Undergrad degree in marketing, business, or related field is desired, or related equivalent experience in a marketing position

·        Being able to multitask in a dynamic environment.

·        Working knowledge of computer/web software, including website tools, text platforms, email

·        platforms, Slack, and MS Office Suite

·        Bonus experience not required but strongly considered: photography or content creation, website management, event planning

 Physical Requirements:

Employees may experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time:

·        Sitting, standing and walking (95-100%)

·        Keyboarding (40-60%)

·        Viewing computer monitor, tablet and cell phone screen requiring close vision (95-100%)

 

Work Environment:

Work is performed in a hybrid environment, with 14-16 hours in the office and remainder with a remote option.

Compensation:

A competitive compensation package will be offered to successful candidates.
