Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Phone Sales Lead to join our compassionate team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in reaching out to potential clients over the phone, educating them about our services, and guiding them through the registration process. Additionally, you will be responsible for contacting past clients to assist them in renewing their documents and maintaining their support services. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, empathy, and a drive to make a meaningful impact on our clients' lives.
Responsibilities:
Contact hundreds of potential clients via phone daily to explain our services and benefits.
Drive sales growth by effectively communicating product benefits and converting leads into customers.
Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
Collaborate with the sales team to implement new systems and strategies for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the registration process.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in phone sales or telemarketing.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Empathetic and patient demeanor.
Goal-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
Working Hours:
Ideal hours are 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
