Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for a motivated HVAC Installation Mechanic to perform punch out duties in our new construction department and report to the company’s Production Manager. The HVAC Mechanic will work directly with the company’s Field Supervisors. The ideal candidate should have industry experience and excellent communication skills. If you have previous experience in HVAC, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, the role is responsible for customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

 

· Getting Rough/Trim jobs ready for inspection

· Straightening grills

· Setting line covers

· Running ducts

· Bath fan installation

· Air balances

· Mastic ductwork

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Minimum 2 years of installation in HVAC
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team to resolve issues in the field
  • Strong leadership skills and work ethic
  • Must have a stable background/work history
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Own hand tools

Physical Requirements:

· Will be required to work in settings with extreme cold or extreme heat

· Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders

· Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time
