Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our employees and visitors.

Responsibilities
- Perform general custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed
- Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred
- Knowledge of commercial and industrial cleaning techniques
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
