Our client, a Charlotte based commercial construction company is looking for a Travelling Superintendent (NC/SC primarily, possible VA/GA as well).

Responsibilities:

The Superintendent will be accountable to their Project Manager for various tasks:

  • Organize and direct all onsite workflow to ensure project schedule.
  • Adherence to all plans and project documents.
  • Ensure Quality Control onsite.
  • Administer safety program.
  • Maintain great communication and relationships with field staff, subs, PM, client, and all team members.
  • Accurate daily documentation and update of plans and schedule onsite.
  • Be accountable for all plans, subcontracts, and work schedule at all times.
  • Work in Procore for all documentation, review of documents, and project communication.
  • Leaning into conflict and asking tough questions.
  • Going above and beyond for our owners/clients.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience, Vacation, Benefits, 410K, Phone, Tablet, Vehicle, Out of town room & board plus per diem
